Is it August already?

I cannot remember a summer that has gone by as fast as this one! We had a great time up at Lake Pend O'reille with my family. Abigail and Andrew thought the sand pile was one of the best parts of the week. Abigail also got to go on her first boat ride. Andrew and Matt played Frog-o-rama at the condo, but didn't quite get as many frogs as my mom and I! We've also had some fun mornings spent playing on the toys. And of course...we had to get some pictures in the wheat field out at Kayla's house. Andrew loves being on the farm! This morning I decided it was time to start putting Abigail in the bike trailer for bike rides and Andrew decided that it looked like a nice way to ride too. So, with both kids loaded in, I figure I was carrying an extra 65 pounds. That definitely was a good workout!

Family Wedding

The country setting was a beautiful spot for Rychelle (my cousin) and Ian's wedding. It was a fantastic night of family, fun and dancing. Andrew especially liked the toys behind the barn and Abigail did not want to miss out on a thing, staying awake until nearly 10:00.

June and July Updates

We have been busy playing in the water, enjoying the sun and spending lots of time outside!

Our dear friends Courtney, Craig, Trinity, Justus and Deacon were visiting from Missoula. It was a fun night watching the kids play together. We wished they lived closer!

Just lounging in the backyard!

Andrew and Hannah just finished 2 weeks of swim lessons. Andrew wouldn't even put his face under the water during week 1 and now he's swimming underneath like a fish. He loves wearing his shark goggles so that he can see everything going on under the water. He asks to go swimming at grandma and grandpa's house everyday. Good thing they live close!

We spent 4th of July at Diamond Lake. Abigail and Andrew didn't mind the clouds - they still enjoyed the lake water. There was a terrific firework show on the lake and Andrew thought it was pretty cool being able to stay up so late to watch. Thank you to the Carneys for letting us use your lake place!

Only Andrew would wear snow boots to scooter down the hill for a swim.

We spent the afternoon at Riverfront Park with our friends Beth, Ryan and Tyler. The boys had so much fun on all of the rides and Abigail played and slept in her stroller.

This was from Memorial Day weekend, but I just found it and thought it was a great picture of my two favorite boys!
