Comstock Park and Diamond Lake - We've had alot of playing at different parks and some great lake time. Andrew overcame his fear of tubing behind a boat (after his Bonzai scare 2 years ago) and had a great time with Anna up at Diamond Lake. We started out puttering along and about half way around the lake Andrew was giving us the "thumbs up" signal to go faster. It was pretty entertaining! Abigail of course loves the water and enjoyed the boat ride! At Comstock Park, Andrew was with the girls watching the pool completion and all of the workers. We love meeting Olivia and Isabelle to play!
I should make a rule about taking the kids shopping with me, but I must admit, the slip 'n slide is a pretty fun purchase and Andrew and Abigail love it! Abigail's idea of sliding is either running all of the way down or sitting in the water. Andrew, however, really goes all out!
We had a great few days with the Stallcops and it was the most time the cousins have been able to spend together at one time. LeAnna and Andrew were inseperable, even on the swings!
It has been wonderful watching our garden grow and eating the fruits (actually vegetables) of our labor. Lesson learned for next year...don't plant cucumbers, squash, beans and tomatoes in one garden box. We've become a little overgrown. The eating is still good though!
